How do I go about buying something from you?
Our entire line will be sold online through our Facebook auctions. Please check out our "How to Bid" tab to learn how to participate. 

When are your Facebook sales?
Are auctions are held on our Facebook Page every Monday and Wednesday night 8:30pm CST. We will also ocassionaly have preorders and bonus auctions outside our normal schedule time.

Bid? Does that mean I have to input a price?
No, all our items will be offered at a set price. The "auction" setting comes in because we only have a limited quantity of the items we offer, so you have to get your bid in the item you want before they are all gone!

What sizes do you offer?
While sizing differs for each item we offer the size range we offer for girls is 6m-6 for girls and 6m-5 for boys. Visit our "Size Charts" tab to get a better idea of the sizes we carry for each style.

How do I know if I won?
We will post a winners list after each auction on our blog and Facebook wall. You will also receive a PayPal invoice from us after you won.

How do I pay For the items I win?
Once you receive your paypal invoice you can check out through PayPal with your PayPal account, or you can process a credit/debit card with PayPal as well.

What are your shipping costs?
They are none! All of our items ship to you for FREE.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
We ship all orders within 2 buisness days of receiving payment, unless it is a monogrammed item, these take two weeks.


What is your return policy?
We do accept any returns or exchanges.
